Food that We eat when we were in Bangkok March 2018

I was very happy to welcome my closed friend from UK, he went to Bangkok for transit to his home , flying more than 12 hr from GC to Bangkok. I knew him from couchsurfing. At first , I wrote a plan for him to eat buffet and a la carte but I changed my mind in last minute. Because I am a sushi and sashimi lover so I invite him to start with my favourite meal as appetizer 1. Sushi and Sashimi
1. 4Seasons Salmon Set This menu was present as 4 season start with Spring , the salmon were grilled and mixed with Black sesame ,then we eat with salmon egg that can break and be juicy in your mouth in summer, for autumn containing fried salmon skins dipping with Avocado Sauce which is sour. And finally winner it s fresh piece of salmon from fish belly 2. Mini Edo Aburi Set include Engawa (white fish) ,Unagi roll ( sea eels) , Foie Gras and Salmon Sushi After We finished appetizer we didn't stop, we go to grilled Seafood with spicy special sauce and we ate with Jasmin rice
3. Holly Shrimp Seafood grilled with spicy sauce
4. I could nt let my friend stomach spare without dessert, we move to another Café for drinking Thai traditional ice tea and Roti with Condensed milk We finished day one with full stomach :)
